HOW DOES THE WEBSITE WORK ? OUR COLLECTIONS ?
un chic fou releases one or two major collections per year according to the founder’s, Nathalie Rossel, creativity. The items in the collections are restocked as soon as possible. You can also discover our flagship models of un chic fou which will be restocked all year long and « Les dernières chances », where you will find special restocked items, some last pieces from our previous collections, sometimes at very attractive prices… In addition to these collections, un chic fou might unveil ‘capsule’ models. They are produced in very small quantity and in limited editions.
CAN I MODIFY PART OF MY ORDER OR CANCEL IT ?
Once your order is confirmed, you cannot cancel it. You have the possibility of returning the items to us for a refund within 15 days of receiving your parcel. If you wish to modify your order, you may be able to do it BEFORE confirming it.
I’D LIKE TO OFFER SOMEONE A GIFT VOUCHER, IS THAT POSSIBLE ?
Our e-gift cards are available in the “E gift card” section.
WHERE ELSE CAN I FIND YOUR COLLECTIONS, APART FROM YOUR WEBSITE ?
Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to find our retailers in Switzerland. Outside Switzerland, un chic fou collections are only available through our online shop.

un chic fou offers “Click & Collect” in Geneva only. Orders are placed and payed on the website and people can collect their order at our showroom, boulevard des Tranchées, near the Museum. Once the option chosen, un chic fou will get in touch with you to set an appointment up.
Order with total peace of mind, return costs are refunded with a gift card ! Parcels are shipped within 48 hours (2 business days), allow 1 to 3 business days to receive your parcel. Delivery charges are CHF 9.- and are free of charge from CHF 150.- worth of purchases.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM ?
You have 7 days from when you receive your order to return your purchases for a refund, if you’re not happy. The item should be unworn, unused, unwashed and not modified or deteriorated in any way. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging in order to be reimbursed. We do not provide a standard exchange service. If you wish to order an item in a different size, a different design or another color, you can place a new order in our online shop. Regarding return costs, we invite you to scan the receipt and send it by email at email@example.com with RETURN as your email object along with your order number. Upon receipt of your email, the full amount of the return costs will be reimbursed by an e-gift card valid for a full one year on our e-shop.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Please note that refunds can take up to 5 to 10 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. With international returns, it all depends on the return method chosen. We advise you to keep the tracking number for your return in a safe place in every case. Allow our logistics team a few days to process your parcel once it shows the ‘delivered’ status. You will receive an email to inform you when the refund has been made.
HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR JEWELRY ?
Silver jewelry: silver jewelry oxidize naturally with air and humidity. Occasional cleaning with a special cloth will keep silver shiny and remove the oxidation. In order to best avoid oxidation, keep your silver jewelry in a closed bag that is protected from the air. Special cleaning products which can be found in drugstores will allow you to clean it easily.
Gold plated jewelry: it is not recommended to wear jewelry when you are sleeping, swimming, or participating in sporting activities. Also avoid contact with perfumes and make-up. The patina tends to disappear over time. The speed at which this disappears depends on the way in which the jewelry is cared for. Loss of patina is a normal phenomenon resulting from wear and tear.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY JEWEL IS ALTERED OR BROKEN ?
We invite you first to contact the retailer where you bought it. If it is our e-shop, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We offer a free repair service valid one year after the date of purchase upon presentation of a valid proof of purchase. This service is provided free of charge on condition that the alteration is due to natural use and/or manufacturing defect. Once this warranty period has expired, our after-sales service can offer a paid repair if it is possible. We will submit an estimate for your approval before any repair is done
HOW DO I CHANGE THE CORD OF MY BRACELET ?
The natural wear and tear of the cord is normal and inevitable. Our e-shop offers a wide selection of ribbons or cordons in different colors. Play with them as much as you like ! Do not hesitate to try on any kind of cord you can find at home or at any haberdasher’s shop !
